Financial assistance is available for all programs and memberships and is based on individual need.

At the Y, strengthening community is our cause. Every day, we work side-by-side with our neighbors to make sure that everyone—regardless of age, income, or background—has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive. The Billings Family YMCA Financial Assistance Scholarship Program  is available for Y programs and membership. Scholarship recipients must register for Y programs in person.

If you would like to become a member or participate in our programs, but cannot afford to pay for a full membership, please bring your completed financial assistance application and photo ID to the Billings Family YMCA at 402 North 32nd Street.  If you have any questions please contact our Welcome Center staff via email or by phone at 406.248.1685.  

 

Scholarship recipients must register in person to receive their approved discount.

If you're in need of financial assistance, please complete the application found below and return it with all the required documentation. You can also pick up an application from our Welcome Center.

Incomplete applications will be returned and will not be processed until completed.

Membership financial assistance is good for one year. Members must reapply for financial assistance prior to expiration. We will send a post card reminding you to renew your scholarship application, please make sure you have your current mailing address on file.

Once your completed application and all required documentation are received, our Membership team will review your information and contact you within 5 business days once a decision is made.

Scholarship recipients can only draft on the first of the month. At the time of signup or renewal, a bank account or credit card must be on file for payment.
