Afterschool Care 2025-2026 School Year
The YMCA afterschool program is more than just a safe place for students to hangout after the bell rings. We design our program to nurture potential, improve academic engagement and achievement, build confidence, and to support the healthy development of spirit, mind, and body. The YMCA provides a safe, fun and active atmosphere with a focus on our core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. We strive to provide an inclusive environment for every child to thrive in, to the best of our ability. We do not bus from middle schools.
Elysian and Elder Grove schools will be bused into the YMCA each day. Please keep in mind these school schedules are different than SD2. Our YMCA afterschool program is based on the 2025-2026 School District 2 school schedule. There will be no school days for SD2 where buses will not pick up from these schools
Calendar
Ages
K-5th Grade. We will take 6th graders if they are in the SD2 Elementary School. We do not bus from middle schools.
Cost
Member $345/month and Community $460/month
Dates
September 2, 2025-May 22, 2026, until 6:00 p.m.
Financial Assistance is available for families that qualify. Completed Scholarship Applications can be emailed to scholarship@billingsymca.org or dropped off in person at 402 North 32nd Street.

Schools Out Care
We offer full day care for students registered in our Afterschool Program on P.I.R. days and Early Out days. We also provide Holiday care to youth on select days throughout the school year.
OFFSITE AFTERSCHOOL
Offsite Afterschool care is available for Beartooth Elementary. YMCA Offsite Afterschool will have all the fun and activities as we have at the YMCA. These students will not be bussed into the Y at this time
