NFL Flag Football
Sign up for our semi-competitive flag football league! Your child will learn how to play the sport and prep for contact football with the only semi-contact flag football league in Billings. They will improve their game in a safe environment, and most importantly- HAVE FUN! Each player receives an NFL football jersey!
Flags, jerseys, and footballs will be provided to all participants. If you want cleats for your young athlete, you are more than welcome to use them, they cannot have metal cleats, they must be plastic.
Register before March 11th to avoid a $20 late fee. REGISTER Early to save!!

SKILLS PRACTICE
Skills Day for all ages and practice locations will be held at Castle Rock Park.
Skills Day will take between 45 minutes to an hour, depending on how many athletes come. Skills Day will be a series of skills and drills to allow us to evaluate each player. This will allow us to try to make the teams as even as we can. Please do your best to attend the skills day so we can do our best to make sure the teams are even and the season is fun and competitive for everyone.

PRACTICES
Castle Rock Park: Thursday 6:00-7:00 pm (Tuesday and Thursday for the first three weeks)
Gorham Park: Tuesday 6:00-7:00 pm (Tuesday and Thursday for the first three weeks)
Rocky Mountain College: 6:00-7:00 pm (Tuesday and Thursday for the first three weeks)
Lockwood: Wednesday 6:00-7:00 pm (Monday and Wednesday for the first three weeks)
County practices can be set up with the volunteering of a coach. (Shepherd, Huntley, Laurel, Park City, or Columbus are all county areas where we have had teams in the past)
FIRST THREE WEEKS OF PRACTICES
We will have extra practices for the first three weeks of practices before the season starts. We will have two practices a week for these first three weeks. To help prepare for the season and give the teams time to learn plays and get ready for the season. So the Heights and West End will practice Tuesday and Thursday for the first three weeks. Lockwood will practice Monday and Wednesday for the first three weeks.
COACHES MEETING
Location: YMCA Admin Offices

We will have training for any new coaches at the coach’s meeting. If you are thinking about coaching this year, we will be handing out and going over a new coaching packet that we have put together. This will cover everything from a playbook to how to set up and run a practice.

Games start Saturday, September 13
Games at: Castle Rock Park (Heights location) & Gorham Park (West End location)
Games will be in 7x7 format (with three-person line play on both offense and defense)
