Student Strength Training Program
Designed for teens ages 11-14 and 15-18, our Students that Lift program teaches proper lifting techniques in a fun and supportive group environment. Led by a certified personal trainer with an extensive sports background, this 4-week program focuses on building strength, confidence, and camaraderie among participants.
For only $10, teens will receive expert guidance in a safe setting, learning the foundations of strength training to set them up for long-term success. If their family qualifies for a scholarship membership, the program is free! Please note that each participant may only sign up for one session and is not eligible to repeat the program after completing it.

Hi, my name is Alvis Dowiels. I have over 5 years of experience helping athletes accomplish their strength and endurance goals. I specialize in performance training for athletes that want to improve their attributes.
