Take your athletic performance to the next level with our Specialized Sports Conditioning program. Led by our elite certified personal trainer, who comes with an extensive background in training athletes, this small group training is designed to help you dominate your current season and prepare for college athletics.
With a group of 5-10 athletes, you’ll receive expert coaching in our brand-new, specialized Training Zone, designed with top-tier equipment and athletes in mind. Over the course of six weeks, you’ll train once a week, focusing on strength, agility, and conditioning to enhance your overall performance.
Whether you’re looking to improve in-season or prepare for the next level, our Specialized Sports Conditioning will give you the edge you need to succeed.
